Golden
Field Trip July 17th
Let's meet promptly at 3:30
(not a.m.) at Burger King on
7th St.
, lower end of the parking lot for anyone that wants
to car pool. We'll try to be at Golden at 4:00
if anyone wants to meet us there. It is about 20 miles
north of G.P., turn right at the
Wolf
Creek
exit, then about 3 miles up the road. My thoughts are
to shoot there and in the wetlands for about an hour.
Feel free to ask more experienced members for help
anytime you wish. This is for fun, learning, and a
little income for the club. $10 donation for a
new projector - if you can afford it.
After shooting for awhile, I think we'll head over to
Wolf Creek Inn about 5:30 for dinner, off the
menu. We can come back to Golden after dinner,
if you wish. The light is good back at the wetlands
across from Golden by 7-7:30 but falls off as the sun
goes behind the mountains (even though sunset is
8:45). I
don't need a precise count, but could you let me know
